Dyno Tuning & ECU Calibration

Unlock the True Performance of Your Engine

Unlock the True Performance of Your Engine

Modern performance vehicles are controlled by highly advanced engine management systems. While upgrades such as superchargers, turbos, high-flow exhaust systems, camshafts, intercoolers, and intake kits can dramatically increase power potential, those parts only reach their full capability with professional dyno tuning and ECU calibration.

Without proper tuning, your engine is essentially running blind to the changes you've made.

A custom dyno tune ensures every component in your setup works together perfectly - delivering maximum horsepower, safe air-fuel ratios, and smooth, reliable performance across the entire rev range.

What Is Dyno Tuning?

Dyno tuning is the process of calibrating a vehicle’s Engine Control Unit (ECU) using a chassis dynamometer. The dynamometer measures real-time horsepower and torque output while allowing a professional tuner to monitor critical engine data.

During a dyno tuning session, parameters such as the following are precisely adjusted:

  • Air–fuel ratio (AFR)
  • Ignition timing
  • Boost pressure control
  • Fuel delivery
  • Throttle mapping
  • Rev limits and torque management

By analyzing live sensor data and power curves, tuners can build a custom ECU calibration specifically tailored to your engine, fuel type, and performance modifications.

For Automatics the prices includes Transmission Shift Calibration

Whether you're building a track car, upgrading a turbo setup, or simply looking to get the most out of your performance modifications, professional dyno tuning and ECU calibration are essential. A properly tuned engine doesn't just make more power — it performs better, safer, and more consistently every time you hit the throttle. Book your dyno tuning session today and experience the difference a custom ECU calibration can make.

Before You Book: Dyno Tuning Preparation Checklist

When a car isn’t fully prepared for tuning, it can delay your booking, affect tuning accuracy, and in some cases risk engine damage. Vehicles that do not meet the readiness requirements may be turned away and will need to be rebooked. To ensure the best results and keep everyone on schedule, please review the checklist below before drop-off.

Fuel System
• Vehicle must have fresh, correct fuel.
• Tank should be at least ¾ full to maintain consistent fuel supply and prevent lean conditions under load.

Electrical System
• Battery must be fully charged and healthy.
• Charging system must be operating correctly.
Low voltage during tuning can cause unstable data, ECU errors, failed flashes or even the possibilty to brick your ECU resulting in further expense and time delay.

Mechanical Condition
• Vehicle should be fault-free with no active issues.
• All fluids at correct levels and within service intervals.
• No leaks, misfires, overheating issues, or warning lights.
A tune cannot compensate for mechanical faults.

If your vehicle has had recent engine work:
• Provide full engine specifications before your appointment.
• Confirm stable oil pressure and correct oil viscosity.
• Ensure all systems are filled, bled, and run-in where required.
• Running an aftermarket ECU? Contact us in advance to discuss setup.

         Arriving prepared ensures:
         Accurate and safe tuning
         Maximum performance results
         No delays or rescheduling
         Protection of your investment

If you’re unsure about anything on the list, contact us before your booking, we’re happy to help.
